She brings a background in business management and operations, with a degree in Business Management and years of experience across operations in a range of sectors. Working closely with private practices along the way, she saw brilliant people struggling not with their craft, but with the business side nobody taught them.
Emily
Em is our organisational backbone. With a background in admin, she turns scattered processes and overflowing inboxes into smooth, reliable systems, becoming a quiet extension of your business.
Why Olive & Elm
Olive and Elm grew from a simple observation: so many people spend years training and mastering their trade, builders, plumbers, hairdressers, aestheticians, counsellors, physios, and countless others, only to be sent out into the world to run a business with little to no idea how to actually do that.
You learn the craft inside and out. Nobody teaches you the roots that hold a business up, the admin, the systems, the marketing, the strategy, the day-to-day of actually running the thing.
We saw skilled, talented people struggling not because they weren't good at what they do, but because no one had shown them how to grow a business around it. That's why Olive and Elm exists. We believe that with the right support, every business can take root, grow strong, and flourish, and we started this to be that support, helping people succeed at the business side of doing what they love.
